I buy my racks with AIT and they always makes sure am satisfied with what am getting. What I like is that I could see all the different sizes they have in stock. Sam figured out what would fit in the area I wanted. Great pricing and quick turnaround for delivery and installation. He and his employees treats me well. They have done multiple warehouses for me in South Florida and Orlando. Highly recommend if you need the pallet racks.

A.I.T. Industrial was easy to work with right from the initial brief and design; they understand our business needs and moved our existing racking out of our old warehouse and installed existing and new racking and shelving into our new one over the weekend. The best thing about these guys is their flexibility if things need to change like the location of a row of 0alloet racking.

Our experience buying racks from Sam at AIT Industrial Shelving went smooth and he was very accommodating to our needs. We picked the shelving up at his location and we didn't have to wait around at all. He brought out the forklift right away and loaded our stuff into our trailer and took extra care to make sure it didn't get damaged. He seems like a genuinely good person and we appreciate the service he provided us.
